Which tests might be useful for me? A cheat sheet

If you are a stage I patient

  • At diagnosis
  • And have had surgery
    • Signatera (if treatment-naive tissue is available)
  • And have an enlarged lymph node or suspected spot on an organ
    • Signatera, if treatment-naive tissue is available

If you are a stage II patient

If you are a stage III patient

If you are a stage IV patient

  • At diagnosis 
  • On targeted therapy (herceptin, vectibix, erbitux, BRAF inhibitor, MEKi, immunotherapy):
  • Looking for tumor genotyping or mutational information
  • On chemotherapy
  • At progression

If you are in NED/Surveillance Mode

If you are not in treatment, but see an increase in CEA

  • Signatera, if treatment-naive tissue is available
