EA2176: Who is eligible to join?

Patients are eligible if they:

1. Are 18 years are older
2. Have recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal that cannot be surgically resected. Patients with HIV, HBV, and HCV are eligible

Patients are not eligible if they:

• Have been previously treated with systemic chemotherapy or an investigational agent for the treatment of inoperable recurrent/metastatic disease
• Have had prior treatment with immunotherapy
• Have active autoimmune disease
• Have history/evidence of interstitial lung disease
