CIRCULATE-US: Who is eligible to join?

Patients are eligible to join if they:

  1. Are 18 years and older and have been diagnosed with stage II or III adenocarcinoma of the colon
  2. Had surgery to completely remove the primary tumor between 7 and 60 days ago
  3. Have a microsatellite stable (MSS) tumor
  4. Previously tested positive for ctDNA with a Signatera assay
  5. Have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
  6. Have blood, liver and kidney function tests within certain limits

Patients are ineligible to join this trial if they:

  • Have previously been treated with chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiation therapy
  • Have a microsatellite unstable (MSI-H) tumor
  • Are not a candidate for systemic chemotherapy (such as FOLFOX, CAPOX and FOLFOXIRI)
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or plan to become pregnant during the study
  • Have a history of any colon cancer other than adenocarcinoma
  • Have both primary rectal and colon cancers
  • Have a history of any kind of metastases

Note: High risk stage II & III colon cancer patients who got a positive Signatera test outside the trial are also eligible to enroll in the trial.
